STUDIO POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Communication E-mail/Text and the Student Portal will be our main source of contact with you. Please make sure you have provided a valid e-mail account to ensure you don't miss out on important information and events.
We are a year-round Performing Arts Academy...your lessons continue until you tell us you want to stop.
The 2018-19 season has 45 weeks of lessons & 3 Recitals for a total of 48. Annual tuition is broken into 12 equal monthly
payments for your convenience. Most months you’ll receive 4 lessons/recitals, some months there will be 3 or 5, but tuition
remains the same each month. You’re not charged for lessons on the weeks we’re closed. Students can begin lessons at any time
during the year & tuition is pro-rated. Monday students get one less lesson due to the Memorial Day holiday on 5/27, so May tuition is
prorated to reflect that day off. One month's notice (30-31 days) is required to stop lessons. You must let your teacher know and schedule any outstanding makeups you can fit in your last month of lessons. Any unused make-ups will be forfeited after withdrawal.
MAKE-UP LESSONS: There are no refunds for missed or cancelled lessons. To earn a makeup lesson you email or message your teacher through the Student Portal to let them know of your absence BEFORE 10 am for afternoon classes, or BEFORE the class begins for
morning classes. To redeem an earned makeup class you can register for a makeup lesson using the calendar in the Student Portal. Makeup
classes are only given in the spot of another absent student. You can check the Student Portal for cancellations that become available each day.
STUDENT PORTAL: http://www.LetsMakeMusic.net/student-portal.html You can log in at any time to see your student's schedule, the current invoice, available makeup lessons, coming events, etc. If you can't log in give us a call and we'll help you!
